The flow sample details includes a description of each sample material used in the experiment, how they were treated, and what reagents were used to fluorescently label the material as specified in MIFlowCyt, section 2. You may select a particular FCS file from the drop-down list and click on the Display button to obtain the details. You may also select to display this information for all FCS files, which may produce a long report depending on the size of your experiment. A pop-up window with details as required by MIFlowCyt section 2.4 will be displayed when you click on particular staining reagents.
