Purpose: | The experiment had been performed to analyze early B cell development of human antibody-procducing mice (TC-mAb mice). The flow cytometry experiment was designed to detect the subsets of Pro-B/ Pre-B (IgM-B220+), immature B (IgM+B220+), and mature recirculating B (IgMlo/+B220hi) cells in bone marrow. | ||||
