Purpose: The experiment had been performed to analyze B cell development of human antibody-procducing mice (TC-mAb mice). The flow cytometry experiment was designed to detect the subsets of plasmablasts/plasma cells (CD138+TACI+) in the spleen of unimmunized and immunized approximately 21 weeks-old mice.
