| Purpose: | This experiment was designed to test the cooperativity of Rap1 and Mcm1 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The reporter is the same as the Rps23 reporter used in Kluyveromyces lactis except it was measured in S. cerevisiae cells. | ||||
