Purpose: To determine the effects of mosquito bites on the human immune system using humanized NSG mice as our model organism. These were our initial experiments and thus had broader panels than our later experiments.

Quality control: Single color controls were used for compensation. These controls were prepared by single staining cells with antibody against CD3 (available in all fluorophores used for other antibodies during the experiment). Compensation was performed automatically in FACSDiva but was later modified in FlowJo. These data available for download do not control the FlowJo compensation. Fluorescence minus one (FMO) controls were used as gating controls. Single color controls and unstained controls were used to set voltages.
