Can I modify one of my existing annotation templates?

At this point, FlowRepository does not allow users to make changes to existing templates as these may be linked to annotated samples and it could indirectly effect the annotation of those samples without the user noticing (or intending) to do that. Therefore, normally, you will have to create a new template and apply it if you wish to make changes. However, if your changes are relatively small then you may also contact us with the specific details and our administrators should be able to assist you by making those changes for you.
