Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z2HS Experiment name: PSG effect on Th17-polarized CD4 cells MIFlowCyt score: 36.00%
Primary researcher: Valeria Timganova PI/manager: Valeria Timganova Uploaded by: Valeria Timganova
Experiment dates: 2018-03-19 - 2018-04-02 Dataset uploaded: Mar 2020 Last updated: Mar 2020
Keywords: [Th17] [pregnancy-specific β1-glycoprotein] [RORgt] [Ki67] Manuscripts:
Organizations: IEGM UrBr RAS, IEGM UrBr RAS, Perm, Perm (Russia)
Purpose: to study the effects of PSGs on the Th17 polarization of CD4+ cells
Conclusion: Native human pregnancy-specific β1-glycoprotein preparation (PSG) at a concentration of 100 µg/mL was shown to decrease the frequency of Th17 (RORγτ+) in CD4+ cell culture and to suppress the proliferation of these cells (RORγτ+Ki-67+), along with proliferation of other cells (Ki-67+) (n=11). A PSG concentration of 10 µg/mL showed a similar effect, decreasing the frequency of Ki-67+ and RORγτ+Ki67+ cells.
