Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z38N Experiment name: Phenotypic analysis of IgG and IgA subclasses on human B cells MIFlowCyt score: 51.50%
Primary researcher: Rosemarie Mason PI/manager: Rosemarie Mason Uploaded by: Rosemarie Mason
Experiment dates: 2017-06-27 - 2020-12-21 Dataset uploaded: Dec 2020 Last updated: Dec 2020
Keywords: [Human preterm cord blood] [multicolor flow cytometry] [B cell] [immunoglobulin] [isotype] [subclass] Manuscripts: [33939254] [PMC8453800] Cytalogo
Organizations: Vaccine Research Center, National Institute of Health, Bethesda, , MD, (USA)
Purpose: This 18-color panel was designed for extensive phenotyping of B cell immunoglobulin isotypes and subclasses in human peripheral blood samples.
Conclusion: This OMIP allows for phenotyping of B cell immunoglobulin isotypes (IgD, IgM, IgA and IgG), subclasses (IgA1, IgA2, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4) and light chain (IgKappa and IgLambda) usage. Additional markers (CD19, CD20, CD21 and CD27) allow for identification of naive B cells, memory B cell subsets, and plasmablasts.
