| Purpose: | To determine whether our optimized protocol successfully characterized blood and epithelial lineage markers in a sputum sample using flow cytometry. | ||||
| Conclusion: | We were able to successfully dissociate sputum into single cell suspension into live, viable cells that were stained with blood and epithelial lineage markers and analyzed by flow cytometry. | ||||
