Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z3YL Experiment name: Spectral flow cytometry of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells MIFlowCyt score: 44.00%
Primary researcher: Masato Ogishi PI/manager: Masato Ogishi Uploaded by: Masato Ogishi
Experiment dates: 2020-09-28 - Dataset uploaded: Sep 2020 Last updated: Sep 2020
Keywords: [Immunophenotyping] [human] [spectral flow cytometry] [peripheral blood mononuclear cells] Manuscripts:
Organizations: Rockefeller University, New York, NY (United States)
Purpose: We performed flow cytometry using Aurora spectral flow cytometer to compare immunophenotypes of healthy subjects and patients with two monogenic forms of autoimmunity. We also invented a novel computational framework (iMUBAC) for the integrative analysis of multi-batch CyTOF and spectral flow cytometry datasets.
