| Purpose: | Analyze human dendritic cells (DCs) in blood and tissues using mass cytometry. Human blood, spleen and skin were enriched for myeloid cells using negative selection. Samples were stained for mass cytometry using a protocol to detect transcription factors and acquired in a CyTOF2 | ||||
