Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z45M Experiment name: GFP-RNF152 degradation depends on lysosomes MIFlowCyt score: 18.00%
Primary researcher: Weichao Zhang PI/manager: Ming Li Uploaded by: Weichao Zhang
Experiment dates: 2019-04-30 - Dataset uploaded: Jun 2021 Last updated: Jun 2021
Keywords: None Manuscripts:
Organizations: None
Purpose: To determine which pathway, lysosome or proteasome, is responsible for the degradation of GFP-RNF152.
Conclusion: The degradation of GFP-RNF152 depends on lysosomes.
Comments: MG132 is a proteasome inhibitor. BafA1 is vATPase inhibitor, which block lysosome function. Cells were treated with DMSO, MG132, BafA1 or MG132+BafA1 for 6 hours. GFP-RNF152 is stably expressed in the cell.
