Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z4C4 Experiment name: d13 HFO-cTnT_CD31_NKX2.5-eGFP MIFlowCyt score: 47.00%
Primary researcher: Lika Drakhlis PI/manager: Robert Zweigerdt Uploaded by: Santoshi Biswanath
Experiment dates: 2020-07-02 - Dataset uploaded: Aug 2021 Last updated: Aug 2021
Keywords: [HFO] [Heart Forming Organoids] [HFOs] Manuscripts:
Organizations: Hannover Medical School, LEBAO, Hannover, Lower Saxony (Germany)
Purpose: The purpose of the experiment presented here was to test whether endothelial cells (CD31-APC) and cardiomyocytes (cTnT-VioBlue, NKX2.5-eGFP) can be identified in d13 HES3 NKX2.5-eGFP-derived Heart-Forming Organoids (HFOs).
Conclusion: Approximately 35% cTnT-positive cells were observed, which also correlates with the percentage of NKX2.5-eGFP-positive cells. Additionally, the HFOs were stained for CD31, and roughly 5% cells were positive for this marker.
