Comments: Flow cytometry assessments of DNA content profiles were performed at the indicated timepoints on cultures of RPE-Fucci cells treated with different FBS concentrations. Staining with the DNA dye Hoechst 33342 was performed to determine RPE-Fucci cell fractions at different stages of the cell cycle based on their DNA content.
