Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z5LB Experiment name: Characterisation of the immune repertoire of a humanised transgenic mouse through immunophenotyping and high-throughput sequencing (bone marrow) MIFlowCyt score: 29.25%
Primary researcher: Spela Binter PI/manager: Simon Watson Uploaded by: Spela Binter
Experiment dates: 2019-10-09 - 2019-10-17 Dataset uploaded: Jul 2022 Last updated: Jul 2022
Keywords: [B-cell] [Immunophenotyping] [transgenic mouse] Manuscripts:
Organizations: Kymab Ltd., Infectious Disease & Vaccines, Cambridge, (United Kingdom)
Purpose: In this study, we phenotypically characterised B-cell populations from the Intelliselect® Transgenic mouse (Kymouse) demonstrating full B-cell development competence.
Conclusion: Our combined sequence and structural analysis indicates that the naïve Kymouse BCR repertoire is diverse with key similarities to human repertoires, while immunophenotyping confirms that selected naïve B-cells are able to go through complete development.
