Purpose: Colonisation of pea root by an inoculum in equal amount of Rhizobium leguminosarum 3841 labelled with: mCherry (R), sYFP (Y), mTagBFP (B), mCherry:sYFP2 (RY), mCherry:mTagBFP (RB) and sYFP2:mTagBFP (YB).
