Purpose: | In order to analyze whether XCR1- cDC1 represent immediate precursor of XCR1+ cDC1 and acquire functional abilities of XCR1+ cDC1, XCR1- and XCR1+ cDC1 were cultured in a DC differentiation assay.
Conclusion: | XCR1- cDC1 acquire XCR1 expression on day 5 of the DC differentiation culture together with functional capacities of XCR1+ cDC1.
