Purpose: These studies were conducted to confirm expression changes of inflamed neutrophils that were quantified by bulk-RNA-seq data on a surface protein level. Neutrophils from three different organs (bone marrow, blood and spleen) were compared.
Conclusion: Surface expression of PD-L1, CD40, CD14, IL4R and CD69 could be shown to be increased upon in vitro stimulation with GM-CSF + interferon-gamma and GM-CSF + LPS.
