Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z77Y Experiment name: Molecular profiles of CAR-T cells engineered with chimeric cytokine receptors MIFlowCyt score: 27.75%
Primary researcher: Yuki Kagoya PI/manager: Yuki Kagoya Uploaded by: Yuki Kagoya
Experiment dates: 2024-01-12 - Dataset uploaded: Feb 2024 Last updated: Apr 2024
Keywords: [T cell memory] [T cell exhaustion] [CD19 CAR-T cells] Manuscripts:
Organizations: Keio University, School of Medicine, Tokyo, (Japan)
Purpose: This experiment aimed to analyze molcular profiles of CAR-T cells expressing our chimeric cytokine receptors (G6/7R or G6/7R-M452L) compared to control CAR-T cells.
Conclusion: G6/7R and G6/7R-M452L-expressing CAR-T cells showed different molecular profiles compared to control CAR-T cells.
Comments: None
Funding: Not disclosed
Quality control: The samples were analyzed by flow cytometry for a subset of the markers to validate the mass cytometry results.
