Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z785 Experiment name: Langerhans cells MIFlowCyt score: 21.00%
Primary researcher: Juliana Idoyaga PI/manager: Juliana Idoyaga Uploaded by: Juliana Idoyaga
Experiment dates: 2024-03-04 - Dataset uploaded: Mar 2024 Last updated: Nov 2024
Keywords: None Manuscripts: [39541348]
Organizations: None
Purpose: Monocytes give rise to Langerhans cells that preferentially migrate to lymph nodes at steady state
Conclusion: moLCs migrate from the skin to sLN and have a superior migratory capacity than eLCs
Comments: None
Funding: This study was supported by NIH grants to Juliana Idoyaga (AR062595, CA219994, and AR069953). CyTOF was performed on the Stanford FACs facility instrument (S10OD016318-01)
Quality control: For analysis, FCS files were normalized using ParkerICI/Premessa R. Cells were gated on live and singlets. Beads were removed. Lineage cells (CD3, CD19, CD335, and Ly6G) were excluded, and UMAP, PHATE, and X-shift was performed on the remaining myeloid cells using FlowJo.
