Purpose: | The aim of the experiment was to enhance the affinity of a G-CSFR binding module by utilizing an E. coli display system and computationally guided library design. These enhanced binding modules were then used to create competitive inhibitors of G-CSFR.
Conclusion: | After sorting of the top 0.1% fluorescent events over repeated enrichment cycles the expected shift from lower to higher fluorescence of the total population of cells of all events was observed, indicating that more affinity binding protein variants were progressively enriched.
