Purpose: | To capture the progression of myogenesis in vivo we employed CyTOF to analyze the cellular and molecular dynamics during the course of an Acute Injury Time Course. | ||||
Conclusion: | Unsupervised X-shift analysis of the myogenic compartment during the time-course of recovery from acute injury was instrumental in visualizing the spatial relationships between muscle stem cells and the newly identified progenitor cells, and in uncovering a dynamic myogenic trajectory that delineated cell-state transitions. | ||||
