Purpose: Mass cytometric analysis of mammary epithelial cell lines under various conditions.
Conclusion: Mammary cell line characteristics can be identified by mass cytometry. Complex mixtures of epithelial cells can be separated based on their mass cytometric profiles.
Comments: Experiment 1 has high background staining across all channels. None-the-less, profiles within the population are internally consistent and comparable to other experiments if the data is normalized.
