Purpose: The purpose of this work is to validate a new analytical pipeline on data collected for hypothesis-generating immune monitoring of patients undergoing cancer treatment with immunotherapy.
Conclusion: The automated analysis method shows strong agreement with manual analysis.
Comments: Longitudinal immune monitoring was performed on variable collection schedules according to study up to 40 weeks following initiation of monitoring. Patient data was accrued between May 2015 and September 2017. Non-patient donor data is shared here due to privacy and confidentiality concerns.
