| Purpose: | Case Study Interpretation for 2012 ICCS meeting. The patient is an 18-year-old African American male with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyposis. No imaging studies were performed, and no CBC was submitted. Physical examination revealed no lymphadenopathy or organomegaly. A 3 cm nasal mass was resected. Frozen section demonstrated ?probable small cell neoplasm.? Fresh tissue was sent in RPMI for flow cytometry immunophenotyping. | ||||
