Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-ZZEB Experiment name: OMIP-024: Pan-leukocyte immunophenotypic characterization of human PBMC subsets (18-color panel) MIFlowCyt score: 52.46%
Primary researcher: Gemma Moncunill PI/manager: Stephen DeRosa Uploaded by: Gemma Moncunill
Experiment dates: 2014-04-23 - 2014-04-23 Dataset uploaded: Jul 2014 Last updated: Nov 2014
Keywords: [B cells] [NK cells] [monocytes] [Phenotyping] [human PBMC] [T cells] [γδ T cells] [activation] [differentiation] Manuscripts: [25352070] Cytalogo
Organizations: Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, WA (USA)
Barcelona Centre for International Health Research (CRESIB), Barcelona, (Catalonia, Spain)
Purpose: Panel development for the measurement of relative frequencies of monocytes, B cells, plasmablasts, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, regulatory T cells, gd T cells, NK T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells in cryopreserved PBMC, including detection of activation and differentiation markers.
Conclusion: This panel allows the identification of monocytes, B cells, plasmablasts, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, regulatory T cells, gd T cells, NK T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells as well as the activation (HLA-DR and CD38) and the differentiation (CD45RA, CCR7, CD127, CD57) phenotype. Additionally, it includes the NKG2C marker.
