Notice: Temporary Suspension of New Experiment Creation
We have temporarily disabled the creation of new experiments as we are continuously running out of space. This issue has been impacting both uploads and downloads from FlowRepository. By taking this step, we aim to make downloads of existing data more reliable.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work on upgrading our hardware and improving the overall solution.

Primary researcher: Francoise Gondois-Rey PI/manager: Francoise Gondois-Rey Uploaded by: Francoise Gondois-Rey
Experiment dates: 2011-05-05 - Dataset uploaded: Sep 2014 Last updated: Sep 2014
Keywords: [multi-parametric flow cytometry] [automated analysis] [population annotation with heatmaps] Manuscripts:
Organizations: Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Marseille, Marseille, (France)
Purpose: Exploration of innate immune cells populations in PBMC
Conclusion: 7 populations involved in innate immunity were identified : NKbright, NKdim, classical monocytes, CD16+ monocytes, CD16+DC, myeloid DC, plasmacytoid DC by manual analysis, among the 5 additionnal populations identified by computation of the data, 3 were identified as basophils, CD56-CD16+NK, activated monocytes, the 2 remaining were negative for all markers, or identified as debris
