Purpose: To study the effects of static magnetic field and iron oxide nanopartcles on cancer cells U937 cell lines. In this experiment effects on mitochondrial membrane potential is observed using JC-1 dye. Conclusion: Analysis of data using statistical clustering, multidimensional was handled and low perturbation effect was well identified.
