Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z7KP Experiment name: Anti-inflammatory role of low intensity pulsed ultrasound in inhibiting LPS-induced M1 polarization of RAW264.7 MIFlowCyt score: 27.00%
Primary researcher: Juan Yin PI/manager: Juan Yin Uploaded by: Juan Yin
Experiment dates: 2022-01-03 - Dataset uploaded: May 2024 Last updated: May 2024
Keywords: [low intensity pulsed ultrasound] [M1 polarization] [RAW264.7] [Wnt2b ] Manuscripts:
Organizations: Nanjing Medical University, Central Laboratory, Suzhou Municipal Hospital, The Aûliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, Gusu Schoo, Suzhou, Jiangsu (China)
Purpose: To study the specific mechanism of LIPUS in the treatment of periodontal disease.
Conclusion: LIPUS played an anti-inûammatory role by inhibiting LPS-induced M1 polarization of RAW264.7 in an Wnt2b/AXIN/β-catenin dependent way. LIPUS may inhibit inûammation in periodontal diseases by regulating macrophage diûerentiation, so as to play a therapeutic role in periodontal diseases.
