Purpose: | Breast cancer tissue section samples from five patients from each of the four types of breast cancer (TNBC, HER2+, Luminal A, Luminal B) were stained to analyze bacteria, immune cells, cancer cells, CD8+ T cells, and B cells. | ||||
Conclusion: | The designed panel performed well in the follow-up analysis, where LPS was detected in all four breast cancer samples and can be used for the detection of Gram+ bacteria in tumor microecology. | ||||
