Purpose: The purpose of the experiment presented here was to set up negative and positive gate strategies for the expression of IFN-gamma and granzyme B in CD4+Foxp3- and CD8 T cell population.
Conclusion: Naïve T cells stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 and naïve T cells without stimulation were stained with anti-Granzyme B and anti-IFN-gamma antibodies as positive and negative control. We determined the gate of Granzyme B and IFN-gamma positive population based on negative and positive control.
