Purpose: Using AnnexinV staining analysis to determine the effect of ALKBH5 knockdown on cell apoptosis of normal control HOK cells and head and neck squamous carcinoma cells, UM-SCC-1, UM-SCC-2, and SCC090.
Conclusion: ALKBH5 knockdown significantly promotes HNSC cell apoptosis but has no effect on the cell apoptosis of the the normal control HOK cells.
