Purpose: | Identify the expression strength of the monoclonal antibody and possible sub-populations of producer cells | ||||
Conclusion: | Flow cytometry analysis by intracellular staining of heavy and light chains of Trastuzumab from the bulk cultures of each GS-KO CHO-S cell demonstrated that more than 98% of cells express both chains. | ||||
