Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-Z5VK Experiment name: Intracellular staining of Trastuzumab from the bulk cultures of GS-KO CHO-S cells MIFlowCyt score: 31.50%
Primary researcher: Witsanu Srila PI/manager: Montarop Yamabhai Uploaded by: Witsanu Srila
Experiment dates: 2020-03-02 - 2020-03-11 Dataset uploaded: Nov 2022 Last updated: Dec 2022
Keywords: [intracellular staining] [Trastuzumab] [GS-KO CHO-S cells] Manuscripts:
Organizations: Suranaree University of Technology, Suranaree University of Technology, Mueng, Nakhon Ratchasima (Thailand)
University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU), Biotechnology, wien, (Austria)
Purpose: Identify the expression strength of the monoclonal antibody and possible sub-populations of producer cells
Conclusion: Flow cytometry analysis by intracellular staining of heavy and light chains of Trastuzumab from the bulk cultures of each GS-KO CHO-S cell demonstrated that more than 98% of cells express both chains.
Comments: Flow cytometry dataset for Supplementary Figure S3 in manuscript
Funding: This research was supported by the Royal Golden Jubilee PhD program of Thailand [grant number PHD/0191/2557], Suranaree University of Technology, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU), and BIOTEC, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) [grant number P-18-50127]. THis work was also supported by the Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) [grant no.
