The flowrepository.org certification will expire shortly or already has. As of January 15th at 2:00PM PST (5:00 PM EST), we are waiting on InCommon to do some delegation to allow for the new certification to be issued. It's very likely that this will not happen before the certification expires. There is a security concern with not having a valid certification. You will have to click through a browser warning and connect to the site. While traffic will still be encrypted, this does make it much easier for someone to perform a man-in-the-middle attack and snoop traffic, including typed passwords. If this is at all a concern for you, please refrain from logging in until this warning message is removed and hence the certification is restored. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Experiment Overview

Repository ID: FR-FCM-ZZ2V Experiment name: OMIP-016: Characterization of Antigen-Responsive macaque and human T-cells (Suppl Figure 9) MIFlowCyt score: 83.80%
Primary researcher: Antonio Cosma PI/manager: Antonio Cosma Uploaded by: Antonio Cosma
Experiment dates: 2010-02-08 - 2010-02-10 Dataset uploaded: Sep 2012 Last updated: Mar 2013
Keywords: [[Immune Response] [Intracellular cytokines]; [CD8 T cells] [CD4 T cells]; [HIV]; [SIV]; [vaccines] [human]] Manuscripts: [23184609] Cytalogo
Organizations: CEA, Division of Immuno-Virology, DSV/iMETI, Fontenay-aux-Roses, (France)
Purpose: Quality and phenotype of antigen-specific CD4 and CD8 T cells in human sample
Conclusion: The panel described in the OMIP is able to identify human specific T cells
Comments: None
Funding: Not disclosed
Quality control: The stimulation with SEB as positive control allows to estimate the general capacity of the T cells to produce cytokines
